EBG Rear Brake Kit Dual Caliper V1

Built for stunt riders — wheelies, stoppies, drifts and the rear brake abused all day. Two genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee calipers on one rear rotor: the hand lever runs one, the EBG Foot Brake runs the other, so you can lock the rear with your foot while both hands stay on the bars. The original EBG dual design, at a lower price.

Why two calipers

• Foot-controlled rear brake. Pair it with the EBG Foot Brake Kit: your foot locks the rear for stoppies, drifts and wheelie control while both hands stay on the bars and the clutch.
• Twice the pad area, half the heat per caliper. Long stunt sessions cook a single rear caliper. Two share the load, so the lever stays firm and the pads last.
• Genuine Sur-Ron Ultra Bee calipers — not copies. The same forged 2-piston calipers Sur-Ron fits to its own bikes. The copies flooding the market flex, leak and fade; these do not.

V1 or V2?

Same genuine Ultra Bee calipers, master cylinder, pads, line and rotor in both. V1 uses the original dual bracket in seven colours; V2 moves to a 7075 dual bracket with carbon-fibre accents. V1 is the original design at a lower price.

Which option?

The complete dual-caliper kit — two calipers, master cylinder, pads, steel-braided line, floating rotor and the CNC dual bracket. Two things to choose:

• Rotor size — 220 mm suits most rear setups; choose 230 mm for a larger disc and extra bite where you have the clearance.
• Bracket colour — black, blue, grey, dark brown, galaxy purple, raw silver or red. Anodised finish, purely cosmetic.

Runs the second caliper off the EBG Foot Brake Kit — add one if the build does not already have it.

Fits

Uses the factory mounting points — no drilling, no adapters. Some frames need 0.5–1.5 mm shim washers behind the caliper for dead-centre alignment; they are cheap and easy to fit.

Why riders swap it

Fade is heat, not effort. A 3.5 mm floating disc holds far more heat than a thin stock rotor before the lever goes long, and two genuine Ultra Bee calipers share the load so the pads last and the lever stays firm through long stunt sessions.

Installation: bolts to the factory mounting points — no drilling, no adapters. Bleed both circuits after fitting; per-model setup videos are available on request.

Keep pads and rotor free from chain lube and brake fluid — contamination causes noise and is not covered by warranty.
